What are Online Forms?
TREAT’s Online Forms Queue and Registration Carousel are used to collect client information and present it through a form.
This solution outlines how the Online form is Accepted and goes through the Registration Carousel.
It will also show the summary-level information that will display in the Online Forms Queue and its backend.
Admin Changes:
Make sure the forms are attached to the relevant groups.
Treat admin > Groups
Online forms Que:
The Online Forms Queue is the repository for all forms that come in via the Online Forms Module.
When a User (Intake Caseworker) accesses the Queue, they will only be presented with the Forms to which they have access via Form Type restrictions (see below).
