If your Progress Notes Page does not display progress notes
Progress Notes page looks like:
Resolution: An Administrator needs to remove the "Can filter notes based on Author" feature form the Progress Notes Permissions in the user or role profile.
The new search filters for Progress Notes will be functional in an upcoming release of TREAT
